Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of Complexes Sportifs Terrebonne is made up of seven volunteer members: two representatives of the City of Terrebonne and five members of the public, all experts and involved in their field. City representatives are appointed by resolution of the municipal council and must be approved by the Board of Directors. Members of the public are appointed by the Board of Directors. The President of the Board is elected by the six other members.
The members of the board of directors participate in +/- 10 annual meetings in order to analyze the financial reports of the corporation, to adopt the various policies and important expenses in order to ensure the good management of the corporation.
